"Water's Edge"
11"x11"; with matt 15"x15"
Framed: $325
ON HOLD FOR SUMMER ART MARKET
I have these rock walls in our neighborhood that have inspired me for YEARS! It has always reminded me of my artist friend Carol Nelson's compositions, and I FINALLY decided to play with abstract again and paint some of what I see up here!
I asked my husband to name this one...I wanted to see what he saw in this...FUN! I
have mixed my paper with some glass beads that can be seen in the cracks below the "water's" edge...:) I painted this using Golden Fluid acrylics. There is texture in this as well. The board the painting is on is slightly lifted from the matt. The frame is an upcycled heavy plastic. I hope I have time to do one more before JUNE 7&8; SUMMER ART MARKET! I will be at space #167...hope to see you there!!
HAPPY CREATING!!

SO OUTstanding...REALLY!
Thank you Sue! I'm loving playing with abstract concepts!
Have to admit that I love this piece, Saundra. And I am not a fan of abstracts. Your husband hit the nail on the head with his title too.
Oops, sorry crimson leaves...gettin ready for SAM has made me tardy on comments! Thank you kind woman!
