On one of my hikes with my husband we saw this view of Mt. Bierstadt and I thought as I always do how lucky we are to get to live in such a place where we get to see things and places like this. This little 6x6 acrylic on museum wrap was fun because I didn't know I could get so much information on such a small canvas...and work as loosely as I could.

Thank you Jean, When I am up in these mountains tranquil is the VERY word that comes to mind.
