I FINALLY had time to paint something larger. I am NOT surprised to see what came out of me after a crazy summer...yep, I needed a "Peaceful Summer", which is now hanging at the CREATIONS ART AND GIFTS gallery in Louisville. If you want to see this in person that's the place to go! I am one of the featured artists at Creations for the months of September/October, so I hope you will be able to stop by and see the large body of work I currently have at the gallery! A perfect time to stop by would be this Friday; September 7 from 6-9 p.m. for their first Friday where I will be to visit with you and answer any questions you may have! I hope to see you there!!
I am happy to have found some dates for my PAPER CASTING workshop that I've been promising for awhile now. This will be held at the Belmar Hobby Lobby in Lakewood...September 26-27...SO, if you have been thinking about learning something new and fun, and want to be with other artists this is the time for you!! If you know of anyone who might be interested please pass this along!!

Oh I do wish I could come to this workshop, Saundra! I really want to learn how to do these! Is it a Saturday and Sunday?
Love the Peaceful Summer piece. Indeed a place to find beauty and relaxation just by the viewing.
I wish you could come too Crimson Leaves!! No, this one is a Wednesday/Thursday. I sure was happy to paint something peaceful!
