The journey has been completed!..."Baby Ostrich" is the last in the series of baby animals for my grandson (due ON my BIRTHDAY this August 15!)! I have had SO MUCH FUN doing these for the little boy I already love so much! I have waited for days for some strong sun to photograph this little baby, but alas, had to settle for a bright sky instead. But you get the idea. As soon as the skies cooperate I'll photograph him again and put him with the others for PRINT SALES on my FINE ART AMERICA site.
I've enjoyed making collage mosaic's of these little ones and this one is my latest with all the paintings that will be hanging on his walls.
For the next few weeks I will be working hard to get ready for the SUMMER ART MARKET which will be June 11-12 at the ART STUDENT'S LEAGUE in Denver. My booth is #6; which is near one of the ends near Sherman street (gotta take what you can get the first year or so)...so, if any of you are in the area I hope you will stop by!
HAPPY CREATING!

Excellent Emu (or Ostrich). I thought it was a real picture until I clicked the link and saw it upclose! You're very good! Keep it up!
Thanks ThirtySeven...since you're new...it is the last in the series for my soon to be born grandson...it was FUN!
What a little beauty this fellow is! I am assuming all the baby animals are boys, of course. I know you will enjoy that show with all your energy, Saundra. I wish I had the quality art to do shows myself.
HA...Autumn Leaves...I JUST said that all the animals were boys to my daughter! FUNNY!...
Those nine babies will surely be prized by the "soon to be" for a long time to come. They are beautiful and will stay young forever across the years.
All my best for your sells at the Summer Art Market. Saundra. I will be there in spirit.
Thank you kindly Dean! It was a blast to do them for him!
