Prince was a fun fauvist painting to play with because I chose to really play up on the brushstrokes, describing him with simple strokes and good strong color to boot!  His pet mom is Cheryl Flores; a good friend.  She says he is a sweetheart, and it sure seemed like that looking into his eyes.

I didn't think he would work in the Maple frame from pictureframes.com, but perhaps in the other two...what do you think?

This sleepy friend of man is quite comfortable with the one he loves to get that camera right up close and personal. That's the way it is with him; he's at ease and just ready to be taken home to add a smile to any space in your home! Pup is painted on a 4"x4" panel with black sides; perfect for sitting on an easel or for framing. NOTE: a 4x4 frame will take up apx 1/8" on each side for the lip, so I suggest a 5"x5" frame with a black backer board so you can see all sides as shown. (Frame not included, but is available at any Michael's store) IF you want the black backer board mounting just request it when you order; this is free for a bit longer! "Close Up Pup" will be dry and ready to ship on November 12, 2013 when he is dry!
