I LOVE pumpkins! Just LOVE EM! I love the color and the texture...and pumpkin bread, but NOT pumpkin pie...BUT I love pumpkin fudge...go figure...It doesn't matter anyway, because you won't eat this painting, but you just may love it enough to say you want to eat it up...and that would be ok too!...Pumpkins are painted in oil.
If you click on this to bring it larger you will see all the texture that has been applied to the canvas....and even a few book page words peek through here and there...and, you will see I've painted around....for immediate hanging (when it is dry in a few days or so)...or can be framed if you wish...or can sit on an easel!

Oh this is delightful, Saundra! I am wondering how you get the book pages to stick down and how you keep the ink on them from smearing?
