This is another cat that is the friend of the last little kitty I did. Cory posed so sweetly! I enjoy painting animals...will probably do more! YEA!!
The painting sale was a wonderful event...had lots of fun and sold as well!!! I think I may extend my sale on my blog as it was SO exhilerating to clear out my studio to make room for MORE!

Oh I do so like this one. That soft background is purrrfect for highlighting the soft kitty fur. Cory is a handsome gent, for sure. There is something in your brush strokes that reminds me of the MDF (I think is what it is called) with the wood chips and fibers going in all directions. I happen to think that would is so pretty and have often wondered if it could be varnished with clear gloss to see the patterns. I love this one, Saundra.
