SOLD to his pet grand dad...Ron, thanks Ron!
Kona is an English Chocolate Lab pup that's pet dad is Paul Hanson. He
lives in Costa Mesa, California. Ron Hanson sent me this photo; he is
pet grand father to Kona. He sent me several photos; of which I will
paint several, but this one was reported to be "classic Kona". When I
heard that, I had to paint this photo! I used purple and blue
liberally, with bits of lighter values in the yellows. His background
is apple green, with some muted tones thrown in. All still decidedly of
the fauvist flair! Kona comes ready to frame or can sit on an easel!
